Responsible for providing oversight and leadership for all activities related to the HR Operations function of the Human Resources department including payroll, HRIS, benefits, compensation, HR administration, project management, workers comp, leave management, credentialing and HR compliance/audit while fostering an environment of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and innovation. This position will play a lead role in transforming HR systems and processes to better serve the business and build a solid foundation for growth. You will be responsible for strategy, project management, operational excellence and insight for process improvement and change management.
Job Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience with specific payroll, HRIS, compensation, benefits and HR administration knowledge. Strong HR and business acumen with demonstrated success with process improvement and operational excellence. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities while working with urgency in the midst of a significant business/organizational transformation. Strong technical and system skills. Excellent communication, analytical and people management skills. Professional certification with payroll preferred; Knowledge of international payroll and tax processes with multiple withholding, benefits (health and welfare and retirement), garnishments, and labor compliance and basic accounting procedures related to payroll.
