Fantastic opportunity for a strategically focused professional to act as a true business partner to our regional operations in two NJ locations (Branchville & Hamilton, NJ), supporting approximately 200 employees. This role provides strategic HR consultation, planning and demonstrating the value of human capital management in support of the business strategy to achieve superior business results. The HR Manager will engage and influence business leaders by providing valuable input to align the human capital plan with business objectives. This role will also develop and implement action plans which will strengthen business segment competitive advantage, as well as communicate and educate managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and initiatives supporting the company’s business strategies.
10+ years as a progressively responsible human resources generalist/business partner.
College degree with PHR, SPHR, CP or SCP preferred
Proven human resources acumen in Talent Management, Employees Relations, Rewards & Recognition, Metrics & Analytics, Performance Management and Change Management
Relationship management with strong collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to regularly travel between Branchville, NJ and Hamilton, NJ
